Current free-plan limits
See the live guest and free limits drawn from FileShareFast's enforced product configuration.

This article uses the same entitlement source as the public product pages. If the operator changes an enforced environment limit, the values below update with the application instead of remaining as stale help copy.
Guest and free limits
- Maximum file size: 100 MB per file.
- Free account storage quota: 1.0 GB total.
- Guest link retention: 14 days.
- Password protection: included for supported guest and free shares.
The per-file limit and account storage quota are different checks. A file can be below the per-file maximum but still exceed the remaining storage in a signed-in account.
Check your actual usage
Signed-in users can open Settings → Storage usage in the dashboard. That view loads usage and quota from the account storage API; it does not use sample numbers. Administrators may have different operational limits.
The upload screen also shows the current per-file maximum before you select a file. If a help article, old screenshot, or third-party listing disagrees with the live upload screen, use the enforced value shown by the application and contact support about the stale reference.
About paid plans
Do not assume that a price, trial, billing method, or higher entitlement is available until it appears in a working plan or checkout flow. Review the pricing page for currently published information and use the contact form before making a purchasing decision.
Common questions
Is multipart upload unlimited?
No. Multipart or chunked transport changes how bytes are sent; it does not bypass the configured per-file or storage limits.
Does deleting a share immediately reduce storage usage?
Storage accounting and deletion can include recovery or cleanup states. Check the refreshed dashboard total after the relevant cleanup completes.
Can support raise a limit automatically?
No automatic increase is promised. Submit the requirement through the contact form so the operator can confirm what is actually available.
